Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine diced chicken with Sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes
Stir in chopped green onions and cilantro
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
