Spicy Sriracha Chicken Lettuce Wraps



For a quick and healthy meal, these Spicy Sriracha Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a great low-carb and keto-friendly choice. They are full of flavor and great for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine diced chicken with Sriracha sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil

Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 6-8 minutes

Stir in chopped green onions and cilantro

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Spoon the chicken mixture onto butter lettuce leaves

Serve immediately and enjoy!
