Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put in the mushrooms, carrots, and celery
Saut for 5 minutes
Add the broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes and stir them in
Saut for another 5 minutes
Add the vegetable broth and boil it
Turn down the heat and add the pepper, salt, cumin, turmeric, and paprika
