Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup water, or as needed
Instructions:
The cashews should be drained and rinsed
Money nuts, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, melted coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder should all be put into a blender
Blend on high until smooth and creamy
If you need to, add water little by little until the mixture is spreadable
