Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt
In a separate bowl, beat together melted coconut oil and coconut sugar until well combined
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms
