Healthy Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies



Gluten-free cashew butter chocolate chip cookies that are delicious and healthier. They're made with wholesome ingredients and are ideal for satisfying your cookie cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts e

  • Coconut oil for greasing

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and use coconut oil to grease a baking sheet

Cashew butter, honey or maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl

Mix everything together well

Add salt, baking soda, and gluten-free oat flour to the wet mix

It will turn into cookie dough if you mix it well

Add the chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips to the dough and mix them in

Take tablespoon-sized chunks of dough and roll them into balls

Put the dough balls on the baking sheet that has been greased

Use the back of a fork to gently flatten each dough ball, making a crisscross pattern

After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way

The cookies are ready to eat once they have cooled down
