Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Footballs



These vegan chocolate peanut butter footballs are a delightful treat for any occasion. Creamy peanut butter combined with rich chocolate creates a decadent flavor experience. Perfect for parties, game days, or as a sweet snack any time!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions:

Put peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms

Make football shapes out of the dough with your hands, then put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Put the footballs in the fridge for 30 minutes to make them firm

Place the bowl that can go in the microwave and melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in it

Stir the mixture every 30 seconds until it is smooth

Coat each cold football evenly with the melted chocolate, then put them back on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Put the footballs covered in chocolate back in the fridge for another 30 minutes to set

After the chocolate has set, make football-shaped laces out of white chocolate using a toothpick or a piping bag

Serve and have fun!
